Ovarian cancer

This is the 16th most common cancer in the UK.
It is the 6th most common cancer in women in the UK.

 

Types

  • Surface epithelial-stromal tumor (90-95% of ovarian cancers)
    • Papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma (40% of ovarian cancers) (malignant)
