Gastrinoma

This is a type of pancreatic cancer called a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (PNET).
These originate in the pancreatic islets.


Gastrinoma refers to a gastrin secreting neoplasm.
It causes pancreatic ulcerogenic tumor syndrome, also known as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
