Cardiolipin Antibodies

This is a test for two types of antibody (immunoglobulin) in the serum. IgG and IgM.

 

Clinical indications:

Recommended testing for anti-phospholipid syndrome. Testing must also include Lupus anticoagulant. Beta 2 glycoprotein 1 testing is also recommended

 

Profile:

Lupus anticoagulant, thrombophilia testing and Antiphospoholipid syndrome investigation includes ACA, ACAM.
