[Pulmonology] Introduction

Often called respiratory medicine, or chest medicine.
Pulmonologists specialise in diseases of the respiratory tract, including the larynx, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, and the lungs.
There is significant overlap with cardiology and infectiology.

Latin pulmō, pulmōnis = lung
